The 18th Annual Summer Harvest Gourmet Gala benefits the Franciscan Earth Literacy Center (FELC) & Seeds of Hope Farm located on the St. Francis Campus in Tiffin.
Cost $50/person. Includes: Heavy appetizers made with chemical-free vegetables grown on the Seeds of Hope Farm provided by local restaurants and universities and assorted desserts, live cooking demonstrations and wine & brews from local wineries and breweries, and live music by Mimi Johnston. Ticket holders will also receive 1 general raffle entry, 1 Gift Card Tree (worth $250) entry and a Chance to Win $500 entry. Additional tickets may be purchased. There will also be a 50/50, Garden Party Raffle, Live/Silent and Online Auction Items, Wine Grab and more.
Enter into as special "Florida Getaway" raffle donated by Tony and Robin Gorrell. This Waterfront House on the Isle of Palms Island, located in Treasure Island, Florida (north of St. Petersburg Beach) with a private pool and two full baths for up to 6 guests for one week (available September - December 2025 or April - December 15, 2026). Value: $2200. Tickets are $30 ea. or 4 for $100 and you do not need to be present to win.

By purchasing tickets and/or attending this event you will allow us to provide various educational/environmental programs for children and adults free of charge and provide scholarships for summer camps, school field trips and low income families to use our community garden plots. Additionally, your financial support provides training and employment for adults with developmental disabilities and the purchase of microgreens and hydroponic seeds for our Seeds of Hope Farm along with supplies and organic fertilizer for our community gardens. Seeds of Hope Farm is currently partnering with local businesses to provide microgreens and mushrooms and also provide vegetables and herbs for local restaurants. Staff are also excited to soon be working with the new Tiffin Community Kitchen of future programs.
