Suitable for all levels (including beginners)
Gentle nourishing practice, predominately focused on facia release. Facia ~ The less elastic connective tissue.
Kyrani will guide you to help find the target area in supported poses/forms, and the rest of the body relaxes deeply.
Supported by soothing sound therapy and corresponding release of trapped emotions.
Perfect preparation to roll into bed after class, you leave feeling relaxed and nourished.
All yoga support equipment (mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, eye pillows) are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own. All props are for sale in the studio if you wish to purchase your own for use.
