Animal Encounters August 2025

We have booked Animal Encounters for a repeat event on Saturday 23rd August at 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm

Expect a wide range of animals, from birds to reptiles, with mammals and others thrown in as well.

The animal experts will provide information about each species and there is the opportunity to stroke/hold some of the animals (if your child chooses to).

This event is open to Deaf children, their siblings, and CODA living in Essex (including Thurrock and Southend).

We recommend ages of 4+ for this event but are happy to accept younger if you believe your child will enjoy it.
