About the event

Trowbridge Forest Therapy Walk

Join me on my first ever publicly held Forest Therapy guided walk through one of my favorite hiking spots in the Tbay region. This a completely free event though donations through public service or to local conservation are encouraged!

Through this walk we will focus on connecting and understanding our role within nature and giving back through awareness and gratitude using the river and forest to guide us on this journey.

This is an open event ages 16 and up. All are welcome.

The hike will take approximately 2-2.5 hours. Please RSVP if interested!
