Jeanette Posine aka ‘The Bannock Lady’ is a proud member of Pays Plat First Nation. Using a tried, trusted and true bannock recipe passed down through the generations, Jeannette takes pride in showcasing Indigenous foods. This provides an opportunity for everyone to experience its rich flavours and cultural significance. Through her dedication and passion, The Bannock Lady has become a developed establishment, celebrating tradition one delicious bite at a time.
