Give yourself some valuable ME time and join us for an evening of Meditation, breath work and affirmations to let go of limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. We are going to set our intentions, trying different manifestation techniques and reflecting on our journey called life. We will be embracing and connecting to our heart and soul and be in this moment to heal and manifest. Feel deeply relaxed listening to the shamanic drum, shifting stuck energy and raising your vibration.

Give yourself this time to connect with yourself in a small group of likeminded souls. To let go of what you need to release to feel more present, more alive, more connected, to feel more inner peace, more calm.

This amazing workshop is in a gorgeous yurt, lit by candle light and gentle lighting on Gullivers Farm.

After the workshop we gather round a fire pit with a hot drink and sit and chat.
