Inca solar meditation refers to spiritual practices rooted in the traditions of the Inca civilization, where the Sun (Inti)held central spiritual and cosmological importance. While there is limited direct documentation of specific meditative techniques from the Inca themselves (due to the oral nature of their culture and the destruction of much of their knowledge during colonization), modern Andean spiritual traditions and reconstructed practices give us insight into what “Inca solar meditation” likely involves.
This meditation will help to focus in you and find a inner peace. itis very precious for all beings.
