A chef-curated evening of seasonal comfort, shared stories, and community connection — with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Chester County Food Bank.

Dragonfly Supper Club returns this October for a fall-inspired gathering centered around warmth, flavor, and purpose. Set inside the historic James Buchanan Mansion, guests will share delicious lighter fare, then a 3-course meal built on seasonal ingredients and timeless hospitality.

Our theme, Harvest & Hearth, honors the power of food to bring people together. Every plate tells a story — of local farmers, shared tables, and the comfort of locally sourced great food among good people.

• Smoked apple & aged cheddar spread with rosemary crostini
• Roasted squash hummus with crisp vegetables and grilled flatbread
• Autumn grazing board featuring local cheeses, poached pears, honeycomb, dried fruits, spiced nuts, and cured meats
• Full bar available with a Signature Cocktail and Signature Mocktail (priced separately)

French Onion Soup
Caramelized onions simmered in rich beef broth, topped with toasted baguette and melted gruyère cheese, broiled to golden perfection.

Warm Spinach Salad
Wilted spinach with poached pears, crispy pancetta, candied pecans, and warm cider-shallot vinaigrette.

Sliced Beef Tenderloin with Caramelized Onion & Aged Cheddar Crust
Served with roasted garlic and herb cauliflower and a silky celery root–Yukon gold potato purée. Finished with a black garlic red wine demi-glace

Vegetarian Option: Roasted Portobello with Caramelized Onion & Aged Cheddar Crust
A thick-cut roasted portobello mushroom replaces the beef, presented with the same accompaniments: roasted cauliflower, celery root–Yukon puree, and a generous drizzle of black garlic and balsamic shallot reduction.

Pumpkin Tres Leches Cake
Spiced pumpkin sponge layered with cinnamon whipped cream, brûléed sugar top, and toasted pepita brittle.
