Calling all young heroes! 💥
It’s time to suit up and join us for an epic Superhero Training Day full of energy, action, and imagination!

💪 Kids will take on martial arts drills, fun fitness challenges, obstacle courses, and team games — all designed to unleash their inner superhero.

🎭 Come dressed as your favourite superhero – there’s a prize for Best Dressed!
🎉 We’ll end the session with free play on our bouncy castle, so the fun keeps going right to the finish.

Perfect for ages 4–10, but all young adventurers are welcome!

👊 Build strength, confidence, and have an absolute blast this half term.
