Neighbourhood Planning Group Drop-In Event

The Tytherington & Itchington Neighbourhood Planning Team need your help. Today the appeal regarding plans to build 75 homes off Duck St was overturned giving Tytherington a great opportunity to fend off large scale development in our village and ensure that the wishes of all local residents with regard to future planning applications are taken into account. A solid Neighbourhood Plan is a vital document that gives our wishes real legal weight. The Neighbourhood Planning Team have already sought ideas and views from residents but we need more engagement to ensure everyone knows what is being done and that their views are taken into account. This document will belong to all of us. There is a drop in planned at Tytherington Village Hall 24th October 2025 from 3pm to 7pm to see what we have done so far and we hope to see as many of you as possible. Ps. We have wine & cake!
