Favoured State return with their latest release “Everything’s Fine”. The two tracks, “Disappointed” and “Aimless” delve into the current political and social landscapes of chaos, overwhelming sense of uncertainty, lack of control, and disillusionment.

“Disappointed” is a sharp, emotionally charged post-punk track about the futility of perfection in a world that keeps moving the goalposts. It captures the pressure to perform, produce, and improve — and the quiet devastation of realising it’s still not enough.

"Aimless" is a raw, frenetic post-punk track about the pressure of pretending everything is fine while the world crumbles around you. With pulsating rhythms and sharp, chaotic energy, it captures the feeling of spiralling out of control — yet still moving forward.
