The Gobblers
An imaginative, funny book with an important message. For little gobblers ages 4 years and up.
Gobblers are grumpy creatures that live in potholes, eagerly waiting to feast on their favorite treat: Anger. When two brothers walk by, arguing and shouting, a Gobbler sees its chance! Following the fighting boys, the Gobbler grows bigger and bigger! Uh-oh! Now there are two Gobblers! How will the brothers get rid of these pesky monsters? Can they stop fighting long enough to save the day?
This insightful picture book highlights the power of friendship and love, showing children that negativity only grows when we feed it. Through humor and imagination, the story gently teaches that focusing on kindness and understanding makes the world a better place--because the more we nurture the good, the less room there is for hate to grow.
