This restorative yoga class provides gentle, stretching poses in the healing and detoxifying salt cave. This class does not replace traditional yoga- it enhances and includes energetic healing.

Sandra Mendenhall has returned from Los Angeles to Salt of the Earth as our new owner! She is thrilled to be back and offering this energizing and healing experience.
