The only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask. All classes are a learning environment for all participants. We will all make mistakes, learn and laugh while doing it. In this class you will learn to pan sear seafood, your choice of salmon or scallops. We will make risotto, work on some knife skills and enjoy a delicious meal.
This class is hands on in a professional working kitchen. You may BYOB.
