Just minutes up the road from Clocktower Yoga, Cricket Hill Garden is a family-run flower farm nestled in the hills of Thomaston. Their six-acre peony garden has been lovingly cultivated over the past 25 years, offering a serene and fragrant setting to welcome the summer season. While the peonies will no longer be in bloom during our class, we’ll still be surrounded by lush greenery.
Join Sarah E. Carey for a Slow Flow practice among the quiet beauty of peony heaven to enjoy the heart of the summer season.
We’ll move through calming breathwork, full-body stretches, and restorative stillness. This class is designed to release tension and create space in both body and mind.
All levels are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on.
