Senior Exercise Class

Looking to stay active and social? Join us for Senior Exercise Classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Thomaston Academy/Library! These classes are free, fun, and a great way to keep moving.

All are welcome! Even if you’re from a neighboring town. Come stretch, move, and connect with a great group! 💪🧘‍♀️👟
