Lakeside Flow + Hike @ Black Rock State Park

Grab a pal and the kids (if you have them!) and join us to soak in this beautiful September weather at our gorgeous local state park!

This will be a beginner friendly, mindful, and lighthearted movement practice right on the beach surrounded by the rolling hills of Black Rock State Park.

$20 gets you 2 spots for class and after class, you’re invited to continue the adventure with an optional hike up the mountain to soak in the views.

Kids ages 6+ are encouraged to join at no additional cost!

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket & dress for a brisk morning! We will meet in the lower parking lot if the gate is closed and head to the beach area at 8:45 am. We'll hike the trail up to the rock after the class, again, totally optional, but we hope you join!
