Childbirth Class

Are you or someone you know having a baby soon?
Do you feel ready for labor and your new baby?

Sanford Hospital TRF offers free childbirth classes taught by labor and delivery nurses. We will cover topics such as- what to expect for labor, delivery, pain management, breastfeeding, caring for your newborn, plus several other topics. You will have an opportunity to meet the nurses caring for you and your newborn, meet other new parents, lots of opportunities to ask questions, and tour a labor room and the nursery.

Classes are October 6, 13, 20, 27 from 6-8pm
