Khyrs Speed - Khyrs Competed in 5 British WL Championships and 4 English WL Championships, across multiple Weight classes, With podiums in 4 of those! He coaches multiple Athletes through his Business, Ronin Strength! @kdotspeed

Callum Condon- Callum has competed on the British Army Weightlifting team and has competed at Mulitple Weightlifting competitions. Callum has also been ticking off some of the Biggest CrossFit competitions worldwide, Competing at The French Throwdown and Wodaplooza! Callum has already headed up lots of Seminars UK wide alongside running a highly successful clothing brand, CJC Gains @callumcondon @cjc_gains

Dave Wooding- Dave has competed in multiple Weightlifting competitions, most notably, The English Championships last Year! Dave, while serving in the British Army, has also competed in the army WL team during the Interservice Weightlifting Championships. Dave is fully invested in the improvement of other and runs all the Weightlifting classes at 3 Bros Crossfit! Alongside this, Dave owns and operates his Online Coaching platform, Delta Whiskey training! @the_delta_whiskey_
