I’m really excited to be hosting a new monthly meditation evening – a chance to slow down, tune inwards and experience deep inner peace and relaxation. 🧘‍♀️

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, these sessions are an opportunity to experience the powerful benefits of meditation.

Each class will gently guide you into a calm, centred space – helping you to:
