Resolving Conflict at Work & Home: Whether you're navigating challenges at work, at home, or both, this session will help you communicate more effectively, respond with intention, and build stronger relationships.

What is conflict? Everyone in a relationship will eventually engage in times of conflict: being hurt or being let down. With a proper view and evaluation of the different positions, we can seek to understand a pathway to resolve conflict.

In this session, we’ll explore:

• What conflict really is and why it’s unavoidable
• The root cause of conflict—hint: it’s not just about what was said
• How unmet desires and expectations shape our reactions
• Steps to evaluate each side with empathy and clarity
• Healthy pathways to move from tension to resolution

Join us as we examine together the progression of conflict and a tool that can be applied relatively quickly to set the course for conflict resolution. Lite bites provided.

Dane Hall is cofounder of Preserved International and has served as a counselor, facilitating training in relationships, for over a decade. His heart remains steadfast in championing healthy, transformative relationships. Currently, he works as a care and counseling professional for individuals and couples— particularly pastors, missionaries, fellow counselors, and marketplace professionals. His mission is to provide genuine care, rest, transparency, and healing for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
