Intro to Yin Yoga

Ease into the weekend with this Yin Yoga class beginning SEPTEMBER 5th. In contrast to faster paced 'Yang' classes, in Yin yoga we slow down, using props for support as we hold seated and reclined postures for 3-5 minutes. This is a great practice for working on the fascia (connective tissue in the body), aiding recovery and maintaining flexibility as well as deepening your meditation practice, calming body & mind. You'll leave this class feeling peaceful and restored.

Bring your own mat, blanket and a cushion if you'd like. Blocks and straps will be provided.
