• $35 per equitation class;
• $35 per jumper class (divisions available at 2' and above- 2 classes);

▪️ ENTRIES ▪️
Entries received after 10pm on the Thursday before the show (“Closing Date”) and all non-Strider entries are subject to a mandatory $35 paper/post-entry office fee (“Office Fee”). All entries including supporting documentation such as Coggins and signed Beverly releases (“Docs”) must be submitted online through Strider prior to the Closing Date; otherwise, an Office Fee will apply. Attach your Docs to your entry on Strider by the Closing Date; otherwise, an Office Fee will apply. If you email your Docs to the show secretary to complete your entry (instead of uploading them to your entry on Strider) before the Closing Date, an Office Fee will apply.
▪️ ADD/DROPS/CHANGES▪️
ADD/DROP classes on the day of the show incur no change fees only on Strider entries received by the show secretary (whether on or after the Closing Date). Show day class add/drops are recorded by the in-gate when the rider enters the ring. DO NOT submit show-day class add/drops to the show secretary.
If a same day class change results in a credit on the show day, it can be used towards another class fee AT THAT SHOW. A same day show class credit does not result in a REFUND or a CREDIT towards a future show absent special circumstances, such as a class being canceled outside of show management’s control, and only upon email request to the
YmV2c2hvd3NlYyB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t.
▪️ ENTRY SCRATCHES/CANCELATIONS▪️
Entries must be scratched on Strider before the Closing Date to receive any accommodation. To receive a REFUND or a CREDIT you must email the show secretary at
YmV2c2hvd3NlYyB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t before the Closing Date. You then have the option to request: 1. A REFUND for the entry less a $50 refund fee, or 2. A CREDIT for the full amount of the entry (less any applicable Office Fees) for use at another show within a year. (Note that this credit for entries is only available for 12 months following the original show date that the entry was submitted on Strider; it is not a rolling credit that can be moved to future Beverly shows indefinitely.)
STRIDER allows payment by credit card, Venmo, and PayPal. Any additional class fees can be settled at the show by check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. No credit cards are accepted at the show.
Accommodation for classes cancelled outside of management's control (e.g., weather, judge's decision, etc.) will only be granted in management's discretion and upon request by email to
YmV2c2hvd3NlYyB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t. Show manager reserves the right to combine or cancel classes if there are insufficient entries.
▪️ FRIDAY SCHOOLING▪️
Friday schooling is open from 2:30 to 5:30 the day before the show ONLY. Management reserves the right to adjust the schooling window, limit or refuse entries, and limit schooling time in the competition arenas or at the venue in general. This is a ticketed schooling and riders must pre-register on Strider and receive their show number to participate. Late fees apply to schooling not registered by the closing date. However, registered riders will receive their number at the schooling and be all set for the show.
▪️ SHOW DAY SCHOOLING ▪️
The rings are open for schooling up until 15 minutes before the start of the show. A number is required. For INDOOR ONLY shows, an additional schooling break will occur after the conclusion of the the jumpers and before hunters. Additional schooling breaks may be provided in the discretion of management. There is no lunging in the competition or schooling rings.

• Divisions recognized by name, height, and rider eligibility in the classes according to applicable BHSA/VHSA rules.
• Unjudged trips allowed at jumper class fee and then, only done after a judged trip, if any, in the same class.
• Ties are not decided in a jump-off but decided by time in the first round.
Table IV. 1 (“optimum time”). The first round is decided by adding together the faults incurred over the course and any penalties for exceeding the Time Allowed. In the case of equality of faults, ties will be broken by the horse with the time on course closest to the posted Optimum Time (over or under) will prevail in the tie, next closest next, etc.
Table II.1 (timed 1st round or “fastest clear”). The rider's score for the round is calculated by adding the speed and time faults together. Riders with clear rounds or with an equal number of faults are pinned according to the fastest time by fault (no fault rounds pinned together, then one-fault rounds, then two-fault rounds, and so on).
Table II.c (“power and speed”). The course is split into two sections as noted on the course map. If the rider completes the first section without time or speed faults ("clear"), the rider proceeds immediately to the next section without stopping. In the case a rider is not clear, the judge will sound the buzzer signaling the rider to stop and leave the arena.
Table II.2b (timed 1st jump off or “jump off”). The first round must be completed without time or speed faults ("clear"). In such a case, the rider proceeds to a jump off round without leaving the ring once the judge sounds the start buzzer.
