Every Saturday morning, we meet at Nathan Benderson Park (NBP) for a refreshing walk, jog, or run to get our steps in!
Whether it’s just you, your dog, or a friend, this walk is all about YOU showing up for your health, fitness, and goals.
Why show up?
1. Accountability: You’re here for yourself! Let this be your time to reflect, move, and stay committed to your fitness journey.
2. No pressure: Just walk at your own pace, enjoy the fresh air, and keep working towards those fitness goals.
3. Community:Join like-minded people who want to stay fit and motivated—this is your chance to connect, even if it's just a quick "hello!" while you walk.

⏰ Time: 7:30am
📍 Where: Nathan Benderson Park by the playground parking lot (side closest to the UTC mall direction)
💬 What to bring: Water, comfy shoes, and a positive attitude!
If you're new, don’t worry—no fitness level required! Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend or family member!
