In this series of 5 lessons 'Smoother Moving' you will learn techniques to release tension and connect more with your body and with others.

A series of experiential and body-oriented movement classes. Suitable for everyone (including those with injuries). Small group, personal attention. Previous experience with somatic movement is not necessary. You already move continuously.
