We begin the day in the beautiful Bartkapel, held by stillness, breath, and quiet grace.
A space to soften into presence, intention, and reverence.
Rebecca will be doing her thing with her angelic voice in and singing bowls
Then we move into the forest, where we’ll root into the body, voice, and wild nature — the soul side of sacred.
It’s a day to move from holy to whole, from sacred to soul.
It's a day to dance, sing, ambulate contemplate and of course we don't DO yoga, we let yoga DO us!
A retreat of integration —
Structure and organic-ness.
Spaciousness and sensation.
A rhythm that honours both being and becoming.
