In these joyous movement classes, I will teach you simple exercises for the recuperation of your body and mind. Learn how to pick up early warning signals of stress, and how to deal with them. This helps you to release tension faster and to start feeling better today.

suitable for anyone, including those with injuries. Personal experience and making discoveries at your own pace are core. We work with what we have, in a small group, with personal attention. Prior experience with somatic movement is not necessary. You move all the time.
