This fourth Saturday of the Organ Festival in the Lutheran Church The Hague features master pianist Hannes Minnaar. He is one of the Netherlands' most successful pianists performing frequently at home and abroad with a broad repertoire ranging from Bach to music of today. He has performed with almost all Dutch orchestras and has been pianist of the Van Baerle Trio since its foundation in 2004. He won prizes at international competitions and was awarded the Dutch Music Prize in 2016.
Besides piano he also studied organ and has been giving occasional organ concerts. So it's a special opportunity to hear him play on the famous Bätz organ in the Lutheran Church this afternoon. He will perform works by Bach and Franz Liszt.
