Breeze through your day with more ease and purpose with our weekly Tuesday morning yoga class in The Gap.
This class explores flowing movements aligned with your breath to cultivate a calm and clear mind, consciously strengthen and stretch your entire body, and set you up for a great day.
Classes are warm and playful, with space for a laugh or two along the way.
This class is for you if you:
* Have stiff joints, aches and pains
* Have a busy life and you're looking for some breathing space
* Want to move your body in a way you look forward to (rather than dread!)
You don't need to be flexible or fit - all ages, genders and levels of experience are welcome! I'm super passionate about adapting the practice to make yoga accessible for you.
