Allow yourself to be transformed by coming along to a gathering of good folk as we collectively move our bodies through yoga, under the night sky... and let your troubles go as the Moon cleanses you with its vibrant light.
We move together through lots of flowing Qigong moves, deep relaxing breathing exercises, some Yoga stretching Poses and a good dose of Positive Psychology to lead you on a journey into the night.
There will be a short welcoming circle and a collective walk along a rainforest path that meanders along a burbling creek, offering us the sounds of the night as we move together toward our destination... a big open moonlit field, where we lay down our yoga mats and move together.
It truly is a unique and divine experience that will having you coming back each month for.
We meet just before 7.30pm under the tree in Corramulling Park on the corner of Payne Road and School Road, The Gap.
The session will be outdoors under the night sky looking up to the moon an will take around 1.5 hours or slightly more.
Cost is $30 bring 2 x yoga mats (or towels) and a light source all wrapped up in a backpack to free up your hands as you walk and consider insect repellent if the bugs tend to like you.
