Reconnect & Restore: Pilates For Your Pelvic Floor 6 Week Series with Dianne Kaylor, Pelvic Heath Physical Therapist 5:30-7:00PM Fridays February 13th - March 20th
This 6-week program blends gentle Pilates-based movement with simple, clear education about how the pelvic floor connects to your whole body — your breath, hips, ribs, spine, posture, and everyday movement patterns.
The goal is to help you understand your pelvic floor in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and empowering, giving you tools that make a real difference in your daily life.
Each session includes:
Approachable education
Breathwork and grounding techniques
Gentle to moderate Pilates-based exercises
Strategies that help reduce symptoms and build strength
A supportive small-group environment
