Building a Natural Food Forest Sauna at the Permaculture Research Institute

Nestled in a subtropical Food Forest right next to a natural swimming pool filtered purely by nature we will be building a traditional hot rock sauna next to coconut palms and avocado trees at the Permaculture Research Institute of Australia. In this hands-on course you will learn how to build a traditional sauna yourself, with all the componenets needed, as well as getting a tour of 3 different types of natural swimming pools and how to build them.
