May Soulful Sound Bath with Audra

Join us for an afternoon immersed in relaxation and healing vibrations at Hill Country Hot Yoga. We begin with breathing exercises in preparation for deep rest. Then Audra will take you into multidimensional sound healing by merging her voice with vibrations from the Quartz crystal bowls, chimes, and gong to activate your body’s natural healing systems.

Let the magic unfold as the sounds and vibrations flow through your soul.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow, pillows, journal, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable lying down for 75 minutes. You don't want to miss this amazing experience!

We invite you to stay for the non-heated Yin Yoga class immediately following the Soundbath Soulful Journey. It's a stretch class that enhances your sense of relaxation/meditation and it's included in the price you pay for the soundbath.

Audra is a sound healer a community song leader, and has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She found Bikram Yoga in 2007 while looking for a new workout after years of playing the contact sport of Rollerderby. She quickly fell in love with the positive physical and mental benefits of the practice.


Audra certified with Bikram in LA training 2012. Some things she loves about teaching is holding space for every student to discover themselves through the 26&2, and hearing stories from others of how this practice impacts their lives.
