YingYing and Donatas the heart and soul behind this event initially crossed paths while pursuing their studies at the conservatory in Rotterdam. It was during Donatas' exploration of music therapy that their shared journey began. As he delved into the potential ways music affects the body he stumbled upon the enchanting world of singing bowls and immediately fell in love with their therapeutic effects.

Together with YingYing they embarked on a mission to share the therapeutic potential of sound with others. Their passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all to experience the transformative power of sound led to the birth of our Sound Bath sessions.

This 90-minute session will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and tranquility guided by the soothing tones of these ancient instruments. Start by laying down and wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket allowing your body to gradually unwind.

The session begins with a gentle yoga nidra practice leading you into a profound state of relaxation. The enchanting sounds of harmonic instruments will then take you even deeper into serenity.

After approximately 60 minutes you will be gently brought back to the present moment. You're encouraged to take your time during this transition slowly reawakening to the world around you.

Once participants feel ready they are invited to join for a delightful tea session where they foster a sense of community and connection. During this time reflection cards are provided to each participant offering them a personal space to capture any feelings thoughts or wishes that may have emerged during the experience. These cards become cherished reminders of the participants' unique journey.
