After the paint class, plant some wildflower seeds and learn about pollinators! McLaughlin Lavender's famous Lavender Lemonade included, and a dried bouquet!

Hi, I'm Rick! I'm 50 years old and originally from California. I started doing art as early as I can remember. As a young child, I watched my mom paint, and was so inspired. Growing up, art class was always my favorite, I was always creating. I practiced art all through school as well as in college where I began oil painting at age 17. I joined the Navy and was stationed in Italy for 3 years in 2009, where I painted along side Italian artists in an art store, which was a true joy of my heart, belissimmo!
I shared art and it's therapy through my time in service, and saw it's healing power not only in my life, but in the lives of others. Having retired from 20 years of active service, I have been given the gift of time now to share my art and show everyone they can do it, too. I'm grateful and humbled to be able to share my heart for the arts and all the artists out there, and nurture this great gift of creativity, and it's life changing power in a safe and loving environment where everyone can experience true and lasting creative joy.
My moto lately has been "don't be the best, be the only!" So, come as you are, see what you become! Give yourself the gift of some time to have a memory making experience of a life time!
