Stretch and Connect for Couples

This 90 minute workshop for couples will guide you through partner stretching techniques and simple breathwork to strengthen your connection in a relaxed, casual setting.

No yoga experience necessary, just an interest in bringing closeness and care into your partnership. Wear loose or stretchy, comfortable clothing.

Great for a unique and fun date night experience.
