October Full Moon Flow & FIRE CIRCLE

Join Rachel from 7pm-8pm
for a Yoga flow & meditation celebrating the releasing energy of the full moon. This is an all levels class for beginners or advanced students.
Make your intentions to stay after class to enjoy a fire circle, drumming, and more.

Free for members/package holders
$15 drop in fee

Outdoor class (weather permitting)
Mats are provided but please bring your own blanket and any other items you need to make yourself comfortable.
