First Course

A rich, creamy lobster dip served warm with herb-brushed toasted baguette slices.
Second Course
🍤 Low Country Shrimp & Grits
Gulf shrimp sautéed with andouille sausage, sweet peppers, and onions over stone-ground cheddar grits, finished with a light Cajun cream drizzle.
Main Course (Choice of One)
🥩 NY Strip Steak
Grilled to perfection, paired with rosemary roasted potatoes and balsamic-glazed green beans.
