Yin Yoga

Feeling stressed, frazzled, or restless? Or maybe you're just worn thin by the daily grind. Yin yoga is a deeply calming practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with stillness.

Through gentle, long-held poses, Yin works deep into the body—nourishing fascia, joints, and connective tissues—while cultivating patience, presence, and surrender.

No experience needed. Just come as you are and explore how this grounding practice can bring balance to both body and mind.
