Singer's Vocal Health Workshop - Saturday 28 June, Watson Hall, Tewkesbury.

Designed to give singers practical tools for real world situations to help maintain vocal health.

We will learn exercises and strategies to help with practise, rehearsals and performances.

We will examine the foundations of vocal health:
- Warm Up - what to do for the vocal task ahead of you.
- Cool Down - how this can help ease the voice after prolonged use.
- Hydration - how and when to hydrate, what prevents hydration.
- Rest - how to rest & recover your voice effectively.

We will also look at:
- Basic steps to manage colds
- Basic vocal health first aid
- What singers can do & who they can contact at the first signs of vocal challenges.
