Meeting at the Wooroi Day Use Area at 6:45 for a 7:00 ride off.
This ride will cater for all levels of rider, except for the complete beginner. A moderate level of fitness is required; while there are lots of exciting and fun downhill trails at Wooroi, you will need to be comfortable climbing in order to gain the reward!
THE FINE PRINT
A fully operational off road bike, helmet, gloves, hydration, snacks and a big fat smile are a must. Some pocket money is also important if you want to enjoy the social afterwards. Spare tube and tools are also advisable as you don't want to be relying on your fellow riders for theirs.
Remember, being a member of a Facebook mountain bike group doesn't mean you're a member of a club. For insurance purposes all riders must be members of CORCA or an affiliated AusCycling club. If you're not already a member, get a free trial AusCycling licence here and you will be covered for four weeks.

And lastly, keep an eye on the weather. In the event of rain, we'll either offer up a wet weather Plan B or cancel altogether because rain creates mud, mud wrecks componentry, repairs are expensive. That, and riding wet trails destroys lots of hard work put in by our volunteer Trail Builders.
