Sound Bath Meditation

Sound Baths are an immersive experience that uses crystal bowls to help relax the body and mind. This helps reduce stress, anxiety, anger, blood pressure, and pain and brings mental clarity, well-being, and sleep. Please wear comfortable clothing. You will be lying down or sitting if you choose. This is a 40 minute meditation.
