The Last Hoorah!

Friday August 1st will be the last CrossFit classes for CrossFit Terre Haute.

4:30 and 5:30 classes will be a Partner Wod
- if you come to open gym you will have the option to do a "benchmark of your choice.

The plan is if anyone wants to bring food (snacks, sweets, appetizers) and drinks they can. We will sign up for that. We will hang out till about 6:30-7 then head over to AfterBurner brewery. We're not sure if they will have a food truck yet but we are letting them know that we will have a decent sized party heading over. We will make adjustments if needed. We will order pizzas to afterburner or change venues if needed.

All reps are split and everything can be scaled if needed!

Part 1) "Grace"
30 clean and jerks (135/95) rx+ (155-225/105-155)

Part 2) split 500 m row

Part 3) 10 rounds of Cindy (rx+ 16 rounds)

Part 4) 50 burpees (60-Rx+, 40-scaled)

Part 5) Isabel
30 snatches (135/95) (scaled WGT as needed)

Part 6) split 500 m row

Part 7) Karen
150 WB (20/14). (100 reps for scaled)
