Join us for an immersive sound session designed to help you reset, realign, and welcome a fresh start. Whether you’re beginning a new month, releasing a heavy season, or simply craving a moment of clarity—this session is your invitation to pause, breathe, and begin again.
You’ll be guided through gentle movement and breathwork before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones. Let the vibrations clear out lingering stress, stagnant energy, and self-doubt—making space for intention, peace, and possibility.

📿 What to bring: a yoga mat, a blanket or two, and/or a pillow, a water bottle, comfortable clothes, and a journal if you like to journal.
