Rounds will be 80 Minute Swiss Rounds.
When in time, Active player will have 20 minutes to finish their turn. If the game doesn't end, it results in a draw!

25-40 Players = 4 Rounds + Cut to Top 10 (1st+2nd advance automatically.)
