Skeena Watershed Explorers Summer Camp (Ages 10-16)

An exploration into the natural and cultural heritage of the Skeena Watershed.

Skeena Watershed Explorers Camp is a collaboration between the Heritage Park Museum and SkeenaWild Conservation Trust. Each day, participants visit a different site—ranging from rivers and forests to historic and cultural landmarks—learning firsthand about the vital connections between people, place, and watershed health. The camp also highlights the central role of salmon in the region’s ecology, culture, and way of life, helping youth build a meaningful and lasting connection to the Skeena Watershed.

↠ Age: 10 – 16 Years – Opportunities for leadership roles for older youth.

↠ Date: Monday 11th to Friday 15th August, 2025

↠ Location: Various Locations

↠ Drop-Off/ Pick Up: Heritage Park Museum, 8:30 am – 9 am / 3 pm – 3:30 pm
