What: Following the teachings of Dolores Cannon who created the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, this will be a group past life regression process, exploring different areas as well as into the future.

We will:
= Begin by getting into a relaxed state
= Then we will activate the right side of the brain for visualizations
= Next we move into past life regression exploration
= We journal about our experiences before moving on
= Next we connect to our angels or guides
= We journal about our experience and then move on
= Next we go 100, 200 or 300 years in the future
= Then we journal some more about what we saw
= Finally we do an intuitive connective exercise, just for fun
This will be a 2 - 2.5 hour event. You will receive a journal, pen and some insights into your own past life experiences, as well as improve your ability to enter a theta brainwave state for higher consciousness connection including your higher subconscious, your higher self and your angels and guides.
