Where: At our new Harmony Hands Healing Center studio located in the Trigo Shoe Store building up on the third floor. Suite 302 - 4546 Park Avenue, Terrace, BC.
Parking: Top level parking behind the building or on the street on Kalum or Park Avenue.
What to bring: a blanket and a pillow
Persons with Disabilities: There will be 2 reclining chairs for those with disabilities unable to lay/sit on the floor. There is an elevator off of Park Avenue, through the glass doors, that will take you right up to the third floor.
With every session there will be discussion, some journaling and of course meditations. The cost for these four evening meditation workshops, totaling at least 6 hours is only $60. Note: 48 hours cancellation notice is required for full refund.

= A short overview of the chakras
= Journal about what chakras you want to focus on for the week

Session 4 = November 9th = 6:30 - 8 pm
