Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931) Screening

Join us for a spooky screening of 1931 original classic horror film: Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. This film was directed by Rouben Mamoulian and stars Fredric March.

Dr. Jekyll is a Victorian doctor who develops a serum to separate the good and evil within himself. The serum unleashes his violent, animalistic alter ego, Mr. Hyde.

This movie was made pre-code, meaning it had less censorship than movies after 1934 when Motion Picture Production Code (or Hays Code) was introduced.

This event is by donation and is at Heritage Park Museum (4702 Kerby Ave). The movie is recommended for ages 13+ unless supervised by a parent or guardian. Bring your own chair and blankets, and dress according to the weather. If the weather is rainy, the movie will be screened in the dance hall or under the Wagon Shed instead of outdoors, however there will still be no heating. Please do not bring in any outside food or drink. Popcorn, candy and drinks will be for sale.
