Yoga for Beginners

Steven Russell, of Becoming Sound Yoga, is a certified teacher of Dharma Yoga, has studied with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC, and has been practicing yoga for many years. He welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis.

This program is for Adults, Ages 18 and older.

Please bring a yoga mat or thick towel to class. No registration necessary; we will accommodate as many attendees as possible. Free Admission

Although moderate physical activity may be safe for most people, health experts suggest that you talk with your doctor before you start any exercise program.
